It is amazing how much has happened in a month! The library is open! The grand opening event was amazing and had a very positive response. All of the librarians and staff worked very hard to bring everything together and make everything inviting and welcoming to patrons.
I was sworn into my position of Helen Plum Trustee on May 16 and was involved in the board meeting that evening. There were over 20 people in attendance for the retiring of the former board member Ken Marshall and my swearing in with treats before the meeting. Please remember that all Board of Trustee meetings are open to the public and are available live stream and are recorded for later viewing.
I will start using this bi-weekly blog to answer questions and expound on library information, so please send me your questions and thoughts.
